34 Williams Street

Located at the door step of Boston’s historic Dudley Square, this 3,700 square foot, three unit brick row house sat unoccupied for years. Purchased in the Winter of 2012, construction began in early 2013.

A full scale gut renovation was necessary to transform a building that once had a unit mix of three, one bedroom apartments into a property that now contains three condo quality apartments containing one, two bedroom flat, one, two bedroom two bath duplex, and a penthouse studio apartment with a private roof deck. This project delivered in September 2013.

Designed by Vanko Studio Architects, built by Artizan General Construction, and financed by Eastern Bank; this project was as of right and no zoning relief was necessary.
