1035 Commonwealth Avenue

Completed in the Summer of 2026, this ground up, six-story project consists of 57 residential units over 4,700 square feet of street-level commercial space. Each well appointed apartment home features quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, fully electric systems, and in-unit laundry. Common area amenities include a shared a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the Boston skyline, a secure mail room, and dedicated bike storage.

This project was designed by Monte French Design Studios, built by BGI Homes, and financed by Metro Credit Union. A comprehensive neighborhood approval process, zoning relief, and BPDA Article 80 small project review were required for this project.
