Located at the footstep of Northeastern University’s South Campus and just a short walk to the Orange Line, this 8,100 square foot site was once home to Empire Insurance company.
Beginning in the Spring of 2018, D² Development in conjunction with Boston Real Estate Collaborative began the redevelopment of this single story structure into a six story building with 28 luxury residential apartments. This project was completed in the Fall of 2019.
Designed by Francke|French, built by Haycon Construction, and financed by Needham bank; this project required BPDA article 80 small project review and zoning relief.
