When complete, this ground up project will be five stories of residential units over a first floor commercial space.

This project will be comprised of fifty five total units, 4,700 square feet of ground floor retail space, common bicycle storage, and common roof deck.

Designed by Monte French Design Studios, built by BGI Homes, and financed by Metro Credit Union; a comprehensive neighborhood approval process, zoning relief, and BPDA Article 80 small project review were required.

47-49 Jay Street

In the Winter of 2026, construction is scheduled to commence on this 4,900 square foot lot. The demolition of the existing three family dwelling will make way for three, ground up luxury townhomes ranging from 2,250 square feet to 2,870 square feet. These townhomes will feature garage parking, two to three floors of living space, three to four bedrooms, and private roof decks.

This project is by right and will not require historical or zoning relief. Designed by KDI Architects and financed in partnership with CBC Financial and Insure Realty, LLC.

263 North Harvard Street

Located alongside Harvard University’s multi-billion dollar Innovation District expansion into Boston’s Allston neighborhood, this ~11,500 square foot site is currently in the planning phase for redevelopment into a four story, 43 unit building.

This project is being designed by Monte French Design Studios, will be built by BGI Homes, and is being financed in partnership with Insure Realty, LLC.

 A comprehensive neighborhood approval process, zoning relief, and BPDA Article 80 small project review will be required.
