Born and raised in Boston, Joseph DiGangi is a 2nd generation real estate developer who began his career in 1999 while attending Northeastern University. Throughout his twenty year career, Joe has been involved in nearly every aspect of the industry from owning a Boston Based brokerage company which specialized in student apartment leasing and condominium sales to owning and overseeing a property management company. Prior to making the transition from brokerage to development in 2013, Joe specialized in the brokerage of multifamily and commercial assets throughout greater Boston.

From 2013 to 2018, Joe was the managing partner of Urban Core Development and in 2019 he parted ways in order to create D2 Development, LLC for which he is the Principal. Throughout his development career, Joe has completed nearly two dozen projects with a combined market value of over $100,000,000.00.


Justin has been working in the real estate industry since 2008 as a property manager and project manager in both the commercial and residential sector. His knowledge and expertise have been gained through his experiences. While working with D² Development, Justin has worked to provide direction to personnel responsible for project execution and has supervised, coached, and monitored project teams. Justin is tasked with initiating and maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors as well as driving development and execution of design/build projects.

Subscribing to the belief that an innovative company cannot rest on past successes, Justin often serves as the leader and facilitator of process improvements. By formulating and implementing long and short range plans consistent with growth strategies for profit, Justin has ensured the longstanding viability of D² Development.
